Manual and Procedures 

We are thrilled that you have chosen our home for your vacation in the beautiful  Riverside Heights area of Tampa.   We hope you have a wonderful time!  Here is some info to help you with your stay at our beautiful home

 

 Everything you'll need to know for your stay is included in the house manual.

Our home is located a beautiful family neighborhood of Riverside Heights and is one of Tampa's hottest neighborhoods due to the proximity to The River Walk and Armature Works.

If this is your 1st time renting a vacation home, welcome to the experience. its just like staying at grandma's house but grandma is not there.

A few things that you should know;

We are not a hotel with full time staff 24/7. Grandma has to sleep too

We don't have room service, maintenance or a cleaning staff on the property. Remember Grandma is away and when needed we need to call someone in.

We don't supply everything for your vacation, its your vacation and we just give you enough to get you going. You can shop where grandma shops nearby

While we may be in the area, we are not always available to stop by immediately, remember grandma likes to nap in the afternoon.

 

Check in: 

Check in time is 3pm. We are not able to accommodate an earlier check in time. 

 

Parking:

Please park to the left side of the parking pad and park behind each other or in the street is additional parking is need.

THE RIGHT SIDE IS FOR HAPPY CAMPER ONLY

 

WIFI Available for guests.

Please dont unplug any wifi  range extenders.

 

If there is a fire emergency, the fire extinguisher is located under the sink in the kitchen

 

A/C and heater:

Please keep the Air conditioner at 72 during summer and 78 during the winter months.  

 

Locks:

The code for the doors will be sent to you 24 hours before check in.

 

TV:

There are 5 TV’s in the home. The living room TV and the  bedroom are smart TV's which can be used with the apps if you choose to do so.  If you log in with your personal information please don’t forget to log out. 

 

Electrical:

If the switches trip or the lights go out, the electrical panel is located outside on the left side of the home.

 

Groceries and other items:

We provide a starter back to get you going. Any shortages, please feel free to visit the local Publix or other supermarket. In the starter pack, you will have coffee pods for the Keurig.  Please make sure to unplug it after each use. We will also leave a new dish scrubby, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish washing pods and enough paper products to get you started.   

 

Guestbook:

We would love it if you could sign the guestbook for us before you leave :-)

 

Checkout

Checkout is at 11am sharp. 

The cleaners arrive shortly thereafter in order to get the apartment   cleaned before our next guests arrive at 3. We apologize in advance but we cannot allow late checkouts at all for this reason. If anyone has not checked out by the time cleaners arrive, the bill an additional $80 fee that is passed onto the guest

Please put all the trash into bags (under sink) and leave them in the kitchen.

If you have crockery and silverware in the dishwasher, please start the load before checking out

Please remove all sheets and pillow cases from the beds used.  Please place all them all on the bed along with used towels. 

 

Make sure to lock up behind you. 

 

A few rules please:

No pets

No smoking

No parties

No excessive noise past 10pm please. Be considerate of other  guests.

Non emergencies.

If you arrive early and want to check in, its not an emergency

If someone is parking in your place, its not an emergency.

If you encounter a mosquito(welcome to Florida), its not an emergency.

If you left the door open and palmetto bugs get in. You may close the door. This is not an emergency

If you run out of toilet paper( you forget to by more), its not an emergency.

If the beer gets warm because the fridge does not work, its not an emergency ( well........ maybe)

 

Thank you for choosing to staying with us. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us and will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. As we are a family business, if we don't get right back we may be busy parenting, so hang in there and we will be right with you.
