Thank you for supporting our family. We have meticulously designed our tiny home to truly try and provide you with the best experience possible. We hope you enjoy your vacay in beautiful Tampa Bay.
If this is your first time renting a vacation home we are so happy to welcome you to the experience.
Here is some info to help you with your stay at Wild + Rooted!
A few things that you should know
We are a small family run business. We are mama's with young kids who keep us on our toes! We take pride in being parents and entrepreneurs and take both jobs very seriously. With that being said we respect our family time and therefore are not able to be on call 24/7 -although you will find us to be very responsive. You may even run into us in person as we do frequent spot checks between turnovers to make sure our properties are up to our standards. .
Being that we are a vacation home we differ from a hotel in that we dont have room service, maintenance/cleaning staff on the property, or a huge surplus of supplies. We do our best to address any issues as fast as possible. Emergencies will be addressed immediately. Most maintenance requests are handled within 24-48 hours depending on urgency and materials/supplies and availability of service reps.
We supply the basics: 1 or 2 rolls of Toilet Paper, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap... to get you started on your vacation. There are a few stores near by to resupply

Parking: Guests must park at the mail box. Street parking only. One car per reservation is recommend. Please do not park in the driveway. As the driveway belongs to the main house. Parking in any cars could result in your car being towed. Tiny house is located at the top of the driveway behind the fence. You will find a gate with a "welcome" sign. You're in the right spot!
The code to open the gate is 5072 You can use this lock to lock the gate latch inside.
Please lock the gate when you check out
Arrival:
You will receive an automated access code 24 hours before check-in.
If there is a problem with the keypad/code at any time, please message in the app immediately
Whenever you leave the apartment please lock the door every time.
We are not liable for any items missing or stolen. In the event of an emergency call 911 or message us through your booking messaging system. For non emergencies.
Using your booking app is the FASTEST way to get a response If you have any questions, please feel free to message us and will do our very best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
If any part of you experience from inquiry/booking to check out if anything less than 5 star service please afford us the opportunity to make it right.
WIFI:
There are wifi range extenders placed in the units, please do not unplug as this could limit the wifi usage for your unit and others

A few rules please:
No smoking or vaping inside the property. If the home smells of smoke airbnb/VRBO will be notified and maximum penalties will be applied. Please keep in mind that this can have serious effects for future guests who may suffer with respiratory issues.
No parties. This home is located in a neighborhood and we do not want to upset our neighbors. Please be respectful. We have minut sound monitoring device installed. If decimals are reported as too loud and the issue is not corrected your stay will be terminated immediately.
No loud noise past 11pm please. That includes in the street and backyard.
If there is a fire emergency, call 911. The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen under the sink
A/C and heater:
Please keep the Air conditioner Above 70 degrees There is a Mini Split with remote in the home for easy adjustments
TV:
There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. This property does not have cable TV, however, the TV’s are smart TV’s with the spectrum tv app for basic local channels. The tv's do have Netflix, Disney +, Hulu etc for you to login with your account. Please remember to log out upon checkout. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
Pets:
If traveling with a pet please clean up after their messes both inside and out. Any stained/ruined items will be charged to the guest. Any dog waste left in the yard will be cleaned and a minimum of $50 will be charged to the guest. We provide compostable dog waste bags free of charge. For "messier" messes there is a garden hose to spray the turf. If you pick up immediately after your dog it makes cleaning a breeze!
Stock Tank:
Please rinse off all sand from feet and other items before entering the pool.
Electrical:
If the switches trip or the lights go out, the electrical panel is located behind the tv
Bikes:
There is a locked bike shed at the top of the driveway ( Code:1988) please make sure all bikes are secured after use. Bikes are shared and first come first available.
Groceries and other items:
We provide you a complimentary starter pack to get you started before you get to the store. You will receive a few coffee pods for the Keurig. Please make sure to unplug it after each use. We will also leave a new dish scrubby, 2 laundry pods , 2 dishwashing pods and some trash bags to get you started.
Guestbook:
We have a guest book in the home. If you would like to sign the guestbook we would love to hear from you. Don't forget to leave us a 5 star review and please note any recommendations in private review. Although we strive for perfection we know that's not always possible. We are always learning and growing and would live to hear your opinions and recommendations. We would LOVE if you would be as kind as to tag us in any of your fun vacay photos on social media. Checkout
Checkout is at 11am sharp.
The cleaners arrive shortly thereafter in order to get the apartment cleaned before our next guests arrive.
We apologize in advance but we cannot allow late checkouts at all for this reason
Please put all the trash into bags (under sink) and throw away (trash cans are located in the driveway)
If you have crockery and cutlery, please wash before checking out and leave all used towels on the bathroom floor
Please make sure to lock up behind you.
